Role and responsibilities include Supporting VHA's use of Prosci as the current approved methodology for healthcare related change management efforts Providing coordination for ongoing training events using VA approved training platforms, following Prosci Change Management Framework and Prosci Change Practitioner training curriculum Utilizing Prosci to support project and program teams to standardize their approach to change management, build enterprise competencies in change management, and deliver adoption and utilization of change to facilitate the people side of change and deliver business results Developing plans associated with transition management, implementing major initiatives, completing change management assessments, and supporting senior leaders in change management strategies Supporting VHA's efforts to build change management competency and skillsets through development of change management capabilities for operations and clinical staff working on priority healthcare initiatives Supporting VHA's progression toward a High Reliability Organization (HRO) and facility deployment of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Defining roles and responsibilities, tracking and reporting issues, measuring success metrics, and monitoring change progress Prosci Train-the-Trainer experience is preferred. This work requires training experience organizing and facilitating training sessions and best practices collaboration with clinical and administrative personnel in a government setting.
